The Newsletters are in the Adobe Acrobat PDF format, then
compressed in a Zip file. Right-click on the link, and
Choose Save As. Save the Zip file to you computer, then
double click to open the Zip file and removed the PDF Newsletter
file. The Zip format compresses the file to about 1/10 of
the original PDF file size for faster downloading and distribution
via the Web.
